Do you ship to my city and location?

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, and for an international buyer, we ship to over 120 countries worldwide. To see if your country is one of these just shop our site and then select from the shipping countries in checkout. All shipping rates and times will be displayed in our checkout so you know exactly how long it will take to receive your order. Please keep in mind that taxes and duties are not included in shipping prices.

 

What is the approximate time taken for delivery?  

Delivery usually occurs within 3-4 weeks after purchase of all goods on stock, In the case of products not in stock at the time of order, you will be informed of the estimated delivery date.

 

What are the charges for shipping? 

Shipping costs differ depending on the product type you are purchasing and the service you are choosing and can not be refunded. Your charges for delivery will be clearly indicated at checkout. 

 

How do I track my order?

We'll send you tracking information to your inbox when your order is ready for shipment.

If when I receive a product that got damaged? 

We have highly advanced quality control measures in our Manufacturing Unit which ensure that the product meets our standards when you receive the product. If you get a damaged please call us at +91-7984595904 or write to us at arvabilproducts@gmail.com Our team will assess the damage and return to you within two business days. We will either fix the product or give you a replacement, depending on the degree of damage.

Can I cancel the order?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of submitting the order 

Will a cancelation fee apply? 

If you cancel the order within 48 hours you will get a full refund. After the 48-hour period, as a restocking fee, you will be paid 20 percent of the order value. Please also notice that only AfterSales services can apply after delivery of the items, and cancelation is not an option. We don't offer cancelations or exchanges

NOTE

Once we have delivered the product and left the premises of the customer, we will not be able to accommodate any requests for cancelation or replacement (other than as covered by the product guarantee). We recommend that customers be present to test for any potential manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If there is any, please notify the Associate Service.
